Scientists are saying that if Robert F. Kennedy Jr. gets his way and bird flu is “allowed” to spread, the possibility of a pandemic increases. Both Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary RFK Jr. and Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins have expressed interest in letting the H5N1 outbreaks spread throughout United States poultry farms in order to build up immunity among flocks and herds to the virus.

Most of the scientists have been following the official narrative that human interference, by way of vaccination or cullings, is the only way to mitigate this highly pathogenic avian influenza.

RFK Jr.’s Plan To Allow Birds Natural Immunity To Bird Flu “Makes No Sense”

According to a report by Live Science, a perspective piece authored by a group of virologists, veterinarians, and health security experts argues that RFK Jr.’s plan would not only be ineffective but could also increase the risk of the virus spilling over into humans and sparking a new pandemic. The researchers published their arguments on July 3rd in the journal Science.

“Essentially, the longer you allow a virus that has shown to be effective in infecting multiple hosts survive in an environment, the greater the chance you give it to spread, to mutate, and to try its luck at adaptation,” perspective first author Erin Sorrell, a virologist at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, told Live Science. “Worst-case scenario, the virus adapts and expands its host range to become transmissible in humans … Now we have a pandemic.”

Cambodia Reports 10 Cases of Bird Flu This Year

The virus typically transmits among wild birds and poultry, but it’s known to have also infected more than 48 mammal species, including foxes, skunks, raccoons, seals, and polar bears. It has also spread to dairy cattle, causing outbreaks in more than 1,000 herds across 17 U.S. states, according to current estimates.

While the overall rhetoric surrounding the bird flu has decreased, there’s still a handful of fear-mongering and panic-driven articles circulating in the mainstream media. What is the culmination of all of this going to look like? Another plandemic? A real pandemic? Or will this just fizzle out and be forgotten over time as the ruling class ushers in several new wars as distractions? Let’s discuss!
