Has the bird flu lost its ability to panic the masses? Because doctors are now fear-mongering about a new COVID variant from China that’s supposedly more transmissible.
Lab tests suggest NB.1.8.1, which was first detected in January in China, is more infectious than currently circulating strains of COVID-19, which means it could lead to a spike in infections and hospital admissions. That is, if you believe the health authorities this time around.
The California Department of Public Health warned this week that the highly contagious NB.1.8.1 strain has been detected in the state, making it the sixth United States state to be exposed to this variant.
According to a report by MSN, the variant has also been detected in international travelers arriving in Washington state, Virginia, Hawaii, Rhode Island, and New York City since March.
World Health Organization data also suggests it makes up more than half the variants currently circulating. The warning also comes as some physicians in California have called for the return of mask mandates to emulate countries like Hong Kong.

If you think about it hard enough, one could come to the conclusion that there was no new virus. Colds and flus were simply labeled as COVID-19 to manipulate the gullible masses into muzzling themselves and injecting an mRNA concoction into their bloodstream.

The NB.1.8.1 variant is not yet prevalent enough in the U.S. to be publicly tracked by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, just yet. Strain LP.8.1 is currently the most dominant in the U.S., making up 73 percent of COVID-19 infections.
California health officials say that the current “vaccines” on the market for COVID-19 are “effective” and are expected to remain so. This uptick in COVID fear-mongering could be for several reasons. Maybe it’s a test to see if people will fall for it a second time with more “vaccines,” or maybe bird flu is losing its panic-inducing effect.
