Attorney General Pam Bondi expressed strong condemnation of the attack, calling it a “scourge on our society” and urging the public to pray for the affected officers and their families. The Spring Grove School District was placed under a temporary shelter-in-place order, which was lifted shortly after 4 p.m. The district clarified that no students or staff were directly involved in the incident.
